We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Here are our easy-to-follow terms and conditions – no boring legal jargon, just the important stuff you need to know.

  1. Orders & Payment

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please double-check your details – we’d hate for your cool new gear to go astray!

  • Payments are processed securely. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

  1. Bespoke & Custom Designs

  • We love creating unique, personalised designs for you! For bespoke pieces, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit before we begin work. This is to cover the time and materials we invest, just in case you change your mind.

  • For custom designs, a price will be agreed upon before work begins. This price will take into account the cost of materials (paint, vinyl stickers), shipping, and the time taken to complete the design.

  • For console and controller designs completed directly on your device, you’re responsible for safely shipping your item to us. We also offer a vinyl sticker option if you’d rather not send your device.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 3-5 working days. Any designs on backorder may take longer, however we aim to dispatch them to you within 10 working days. Custom and bespoke orders may take a little longer – we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

  • Please note that during busy periods, some orders may take longer to process. If your design is being printed on a vinyl sticker, this may also add extra time while we wait for the stickers to arrive.   • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. However, orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.

  • We ship across the UK and internationally.

  1. Returns & Refunds

  • Our Returns Policy is simple and stress-free – check it out here.

  • Please note that custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • We take quality seriously, but if you receive a faulty or wrong item, get in touch with us at [email protected] with the title FAULTY + order number, within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it fast.

  1. Your Responsibilities

  • For custom designs, it’s your responsibility to provide accurate information, including device models for console and controller wraps.

  • If you’re sending us a device for custom work, please package it securely. We can’t be responsible for damage during transit.

  1. Delayed Orders

  • Occasionally, high demand may lead to some orders taking longer than expected. We’ll always keep you informed if there are any delays.

  • Custom designs involving vinyl stickers may take longer as we wait for materials to arrive. We appreciate your patience.

  1. Your Consumer Rights

  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. You’re covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – your satisfaction and protection matter to us!
